Grass should check and warn if g.region points to a zero area calculating range

Grass doesn't worn are logical - eg doing raster calculations with-in a zero area region, although valid doesn't have any sense.

I'm not able to reproduce the problem, how do you create a 0-area region? (without manually editing the WIND file)

g.region w=0 e=0 n=0 s=0
ERROR: Invalid region: North must be north of South
