Description
Automatic-Install of the 64bit-branch (WinGRASS-6.4.SVN-r44203-1-Setup.exe) installs in Window7 (64bit) under Program Files(x86), as if is only 32bit ?
How do I see its 64bit ?

It is a 32bit package because MingW is yet 32bit. Hence no 64bit winGRASS yet. no idea how stable their 64bit toolchain is (http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/), perhaps you/someone can try and report?
the mingw-w64-toolchain is stable enough, see under http://mingw-w64.sourceforge.net/ successfully built software with this toolchain. for example R (www.r-project.org) delivers win64-bit-binaries built upon mingw-w64.
but be aware about all the dependencies for building grass (gdal, proj4, geos, etc.) with mingw-w64, I don't know if they are all available as win64-bit-binaries or if it's necessary to build some of them for yourself or etc. ... but if someone could try this, would be great.

WinGRASS 64bit are now available - both standalone installer (1) and OSGeo4W grass package (2).
Closing ticket, there is no plan to build GRASS 6 on 64bit.
