Description

My C programming skills are poor and thus I found v.example not really helpfull. I added some comments to v.example and db related code. I would be happy, if some of GRASS C gurus could have a look at attached v.example version and enhance it to provide best-practise example for new developers.

I *know* that this patch works, but as it's an example how GRASS modules should be coded, it has to be work of art with all best-practises etc. I would be happy, if some of GRASS C guru's could also take a look on v.example after applying this patch.
