Description
We are GRASS Japanese translation team. We found that v.digit toolbox is not translated into Japanese. Text on buttons, 'Left button', 'Middle button', and 'Right button' might be hard coded in source and not reflect PO-File for localization.

v.digit strings now are extracted for translation. They go to grassmods.pot (TCL part already is in grasstcl.pot). r44890
A candidate for 6.4.x after testing.
