WxGUI measure tool activation should switch Map Display to "Pointer" tool

Description
In Map Display window choose "Pan" or "Query" tool. Now Activate "Measure distance" tool. Previously chosen "Pan" or "Query" tool stays preselected. Double click to end "Measure distance" tool usage. "Pan" or "Query" tool is still selected, but neither of those actions can be performed as current tool is "Pointer" and not one displayed in toolbar.
