Description
Okay just noticed that winnie is showing this for PostGIS building
GEOS: 3.8.0dev-CAPI-1.11.0 3.7.0rc1-288-gcf7e180
Not sure if it's just a mingw issue or all Cmake. could be something I screwed up in my setup too
