May I merge this to branches/3.6 ?

  • r4364 - Add step generating geos_svn_revision.h template with revision 0
  • r4365 - AppVeyor: Add x86 build using NMake

Or simply, sync trunk appveyor.yml with the one in branches/3.6.

r4372 in branches/3.6: brings all recent AppVeyor changes from trunk: 4343, 4347-4349, 4351-4355, 4358, 4360, 4362, 4365
