Buffer generation fault in s-bend

Description
Hello!
There is a fault with the buffer generation around a LineString, if the line ends in with a S-bend. Given that S-bend continues with only a very small line, the buffer will include a small island where there should be none.
Making the continuing line longer will eventually prevent a island from being created.
