Description
As I promised strk, I'm going to prepare the news release for GEOS 3.4.0. I'm planing to release it this weekend. If anyone has issue why GEOS 3.4.0 can not be released sometime this weekend, please speak your peace now.
It would be best if you just leave your comments on this ticket, so I have a single place to look for opinion and not have to wade thru the voluminous GEOS mailing list.
