Description
The 3.0.3 default install (without modifying Makefiles) will not install
but this file is referenced by
The GeometrySnapper.h is excluded via "noinst_HEADERS" in the Makefile.am and subsequently the precision/Makefile(.in).
This error is also present in the 3.1.0rc1:
