When running

nmake /f makefile.vc

I get an error: File not found dirlist.mk

That file does not exist?

I have created a Visual Studio Solution and Project file. I would like to submit it for inclusion in the 3.0.0 release. How do I do that?

Ok, found out how to attach the files.
They should be placed in a folder at the same level as "source", eg there exists:
GEOS-3.0.0source
GEOS-3.0.0VisualStudio
