measure tool reports area mi2 for perimeter mi

Description

I just noticed that there is a bug in the measure tool. It reports: 

Area

256.31 km2
98.96 mi2

80.10 km
98.96 mi

I am assuming the the second set of numbers is the perimeter. As you can see the 98.86 mi2 ~= 251.31 * 0.62 * 0.62 the perimeter in mi should 80.10 km * 0.62 == 49.66 mi and not 98.96 mi which is the area value.
