GeoExtPrintForm Sample with more layers - Does not print the google map nor yahoo streets background

Description
I've noticed that in the samble of the GeoExtPrintForm sample it doesn't print the google map background neither the Yahoo! Streets one.

For now it's not an issue. It's point that I've added to do, just to not forget it.

It used to be illegal to do so for any of Bing, Google or Yahoo because of their license, i.e. it was not legal to use a third-party software (MapFish print) to print generate a document (PDF) using the tiles.
Now, with Google, it's no longer an issue. I don't know about the other two, but Google tiles are now officially supported by MapFish print. We haven't taken the time to look deeper on that matter yet nor to try to setup both GeoPrisma MapFishPrint service and GeoExtPrintForm widget to support it, so until a fix and some setup is made, GeoPrisma doesn't support printing Google tiles.
Patches are welcomed, of course.
Milestone 1.2 : If you think you can send a patch before the end of 1.2 milestone (currently set to the end of the month), otherwise please set the milestone to 1.4.
