Description ¶
Current widget state
The current state of the PDFPrint widget makes it unusable. It could be set as 'deprecated' for 1.0, but the client-side features it has are interesting, plus removing it would leave a blank for those currently using it.

Recreate it
We could deprecate it and start a new one with a new name, but instead we could simply remove its current code and start anew using the same name. The main objective would be to have the same features it used to have, such as :
- a button in the toolbar
- on click, show a window for the template selection using images and a title, nothing else
- no print zone
- use the MapFishPrint service instead of an other proxy
Doing so, we would close all the tickets mentioned above as "wontfix".
