How to create a new widget

Description

Problems

  1. Currently, the only documentation available is in a .txt file.
  2. The 'sample' widget doesn't reflect anymore the reality of new widgets created.
  3. There's no real 'standard' for the creation of widgets...

Tasks

  1. Adjust the 'sample' widget
  2. Migrate the .txt file available to a new "how to create widget" topic in Sphinx
  3. Give more tips and tricks on how widgets are made
  4. Define the 'good behavior' to have when creating new widgets.

The 'sample' widget files are now adjusted to the new 'common' way to create widgets.

Covers pretty much tasks # 2, 3 and 4. The remaining stuff to do would be to correct the mistakes, configure some more 'sphinx' stuff, like maxdepth and receive comments about the work done.

The content should be updated to notice about the new PGSQLMapContextConfig driver and other new methods all around...

The "how to" has been finished a long while ago, but could use an "upgrade". I don't think anyone use this doc anyway so I'm closing this ticket as "fixed". A "better doc" more general task should be someday opened.
