PGSQLMapContextConfig samples don't work on geoprisma.org

Description

Issue

The samples featuring the PGSQLMapContextConfig driver don't work on geoprisma.org because it doesn't have the config configured locally. That is not cool.

Solution

I (Alexandre) would like to be the maintainer of that config on one of Mapgears server. All samples would point to that config instead of locally, so at least they would always work from everywhere.

Any objection ?

With #356 on the way to be completed, this task could be completed for 1.2.

A PostgreSQL DB was installed on geoprisma.mapgears.com and was setup so that all samples using the PGSQLMapContextConfig driver now work (currently only on geoprisma.mapgears.com).

Completed.
