Database config - a working online sample

Description
The PGSQLMapContextConfig sample live on www.geoprisma.org is not working because the config is locally set in a database.
It would be very nice to at least have a working demo. Having this demo broken on our official website isn't really good.
I propose to setup the config on one of our (Mapgears) dev machine and point the demo there. That way, it would always work.

Now that www.geoprisma.org is hosted by Mapgears, the PGSQLMapContextConfig now properly work.
