RedLiningPanel "in panel" isn't working

Description
The RedLiningPanel, when drawn in a panel, triggers a bug as soon a you draw a feature on the map. The issue doesn't appear when the buttons are drawn in the toolbar directly.
Since the "in panel" option has nothing to offer at all (because it hasn't been developed yet), the priority of the issue is low. For the time being, we should avoid using this feature.

The issue was due to a change in the GeoExt api that we hadn't noticed since we use the trunk version. The issue has been fixed in the RedLining sandbox.
