Description
Currently, the widget has no options at all. All nodes (folders and leafs) are all created from resource options.
When it comes to determine if a folder should have the checkbox or not, since there is no option for that inside the widget options there is no way to define it.
Currently, all checked value of created folders are set to undefined (hardcoded). That needs to be configurable somehow.

You mean the widget has no options in the new DB config ?
Exactly.
Everything is controlled by the layertreepath resource option, nothing is inside the widget.
We could define the "container" options inside the widget itself, but then again it looks like we are putting "resource" related information (the container) inside the widget... but again we don't want to set this inside the resource either (I guess). I think the simplest way would be to (optionally) define these kind of options inside the widget.

The 'mapfishlayertree' could become deprecated in 1.0.0.
