Search for downloads not working

Description
When checking the 'downloadable' option under map type on the advanced search tab and performing a search, no records are returned even though there are many records with associated downloads and they are available to all to download.
Running latest 2.8.x code (rev 9269)

Problem also occurs with search for interactive maps.
Search being performed for records with download=on or dynamic=on. Search should be for download=true or dynamic=true as per other changes made under #408
Patch attached for application post git move.
