Thesaurus "Add from dictionary" creates new block

Description
The thesaurus viewer will generate a new block each time used and can not be used to modify one keywords section. It also only appears with with the icon in the last keywords section. It would be better to have the option to edit keywords in each section and only explicitly let a user add a new keywords section using the + icon.
