Description
Some elements having XLinks attribute should not be processed by xlink resolver. Add a configuration file to populate the excludedXlinkElements variable (instead of hardcoded configuration).
At least, the following elements should be excluded by default:
- srv:operatesOn
- gmx:Anchor
