Metadata viewer doesn't display title for some elements in plugin schema

Description

Elements that have a context and are in the base schema eg. iso19139 will not have their titles displayed when viewing a metadata record from a plugin schema.

Code was missing a case for showing schematitleWithContextIso variable.
