Description
Metadata records created using the FGDC and Dublin Core templates are not visible for the administrator by default; they appear only within the Recent Changes.

Now when selecting - Any - as Region, all metadata will be included in the search. Also those without bounding boxes.

The problem occurs when there is no bounding box defined in the metadata. Hence the default search will not return the result. There is probably a need to have an option that does a non-spatial search.
