search result unexpectable after index optimize

after inserted 7000 sample metadata, do the index rebuild and index optimizing. click search button, with no search conditions. it seems that u can't get 7000 metadata, but maybe around 300. then insert a few sample data with GAST. e.g. 7. search again, you maybe get another number, around 5000 or 6000 maybe. so I wonder is it because of the sample data are same, or sth else?

Indexing is asynchronous. Maybe wait for the complete index update ?
