Interface alignment issue in Opera 10.6

Description
See screenshot attached. Things aren't properly aligned in the admin screen when using Opera 10.60.
Using v2.6.0RC0 (though that doesn't seem to be an option in the "version" below).

Hi, Just an FYI, other aspects of the interface also have the alignment issue, i.e. the "user management" admin page. Not sure if this fix will cover them too but if not you may want to check all admin pages.

Right, it happened in most of the pages from admin interface due to the reason exposed before. In the fix, pages from admin inteface have been changed to fix alignment issue.

Issue happened also in IE, due to DOCTYPE declaration introduced in new layout.
