Managing users: error in code

In class "org.fao.geonet.services.user.Update", method addGroup(Dbms, String, String) contains an error. String parameters "user" and "group" should be converted to Integers before calling the INSERT query:

private void addGroup(Dbms dbms, String user, String group) throws Exception {
	dbms.execute("INSERT INTO UserGroups(userId, groupId) VALUES (?, ?)",
		new Integer(user), new Integer(group));
}
