Add eclipse configuration files

Description

Main aim is to make easier to set up a dev platform for Eclipse IDE.

This patch add:

  • Build path configuration (classpath and source)
  • Compiler level set to 1.5
  • Ant task for building application, documentation and installer in external tools configuration
  • Jetty Run configuration
