Add feature to reset search cache in GeoNetwork's interface or GAST.

Description
Sometimes it's necessary to modify GeoNetwork's database to make massive tasks on metadata. But some changes in it does not take effect until search cache is rebuilt. It'll be useful to have "Reset search cache" button in administration page of GeoNetwork's web-interface and/or in GAST.
