GN + ANZMEST - xml_iso19139.mcp and xml_iso19139.mcp-1.4 services not working

Description
Testing master-core GN from GIT commit 0a31ef.. (27/7/12, J. Garcia) + ANZMEST plugin SVN 9272. Environment Windows XP, Jetty with postgres/postgis GN db.
Clicking XML save-as icon on iso19139.mcp-1.4 schema metadata record xml for services 'xml_iso19139.mcp', 'xml_iso19139.mcp-1.4' returns 'Service not found'. Need this function to properly save iso19139-mcp records as XML.
(BTW for iso19139-ANZLIC schema records the XML service 'xml_iso19139' works OK)
