Support File Directory as Geojson Datasource

Description

The shapefile and CSV drivers both support directories of like files as a datasource. It seems this functionality could be easily extended to a directory of .json files as well.

Perhaps this functionality could somehow be generalized, so that any file directory or compressed archive of like files could be read as a single datasource.

That works if all the files have the same field schema. I was thinking to treat the directory as a single datasource (like an FGDB or MDB) -not as a single layer.

This would, for example, allow you to copy and entire directory of geojson or csv files directly into Postgis with each file becoming its own table -just as is currently possible for shapefiles.
