Description

The Makefile.in included in the GRASS plugin doesn't support custom buildflags (at least not for CFLAGS & LDFLAGS).

The Debian package includes the attached patch adding CFLAGS & LDFLAGS to use the hardening buildflags.

Done in r28720 (trunk), any objection to backport it to 1.11 branch?
