When Open the E00 data of polygon,OGR give me the polygon is not right.

Description
I have checked up the code which deal with E00 data,if I add "nNextFID = 1" in GetFeature() of ogravce00layer.cpp , I can get the right polygon. when I display the E00 data,it's so slow,can you tell me why?
My English is very poor ,please don't mind .
