GDAL Script with referer spoofing

Description
In the name of swisstopo, I would like that you remove the script http://www.gdal.org/frmt_wms_swissgeo_tms.xml from the gdal.org site and the reference from http://www.gdal.org/frmt_wms.html The fact that a referrer has been added in this script makes that its usage is a "referer spoofing", and this is illegal (at least from the swiss law perspective) and it doesn't respect the terms of use of geo.admin.ch.

Without necessarily accepting that we are legally bound to do so, I have made the requested changes in trunk (r25709) and 1.9 branch (r25710) in order to be good citizens and avoid encouraging violations of the terms of use.
