tcl bindings for gdal/ogr not integrated

Description
As a result of GSoC2009, OGR/GDAL bindings for tcl were submitted to OGR/GDAL for integration. Currently these sources do not seem to have been integrated. Also the tcl bindings are not mentioned on the main page of gdal.org.

I've mentionned them on http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/GdalOgrInTcl. Closing as I don't anticipate anyone trying to officially integrate them soon.

Speaking only for myself, I believe the likely reason is that none of the core maintainers has interest and/or knowledge in TCL (I must admit that I didn't even know that there was a GSOC2009 work about that !). One time integration isn't a problem, but the issue is that if nobody competent in TCL steps up to help maintaining them in a longer term (that is to say, at the minimum, check before each release that they are still functional), there'a risk for them to rot up quickly and become unusable (like the PHP bindings). Any volunteer ?
