Description
Ozi-Maps ozfx3 converted with img2ozi 3.13 and higher (may 3.12) are not supported by gdal Ver 1.8.0. Converted with img2ozi Ver. 3.03 could read with gdal 1.8.0

Yes, they apparently changed the coding method to something completely different using real encryption methods, and this is undocumented in the format description that served as a base for the driver... AFAIK, the other opensource implementations don't manage to read those new files. So this is a wontfix/cantfix for now.

Maps converted with img2ozi ver 3.03 works fine with gdal. But with the newer version 3.13 and 3.14 the ozfx3 could not read by gdal. The ouput:
$ gdalinfo MTB\ Slowenien\ HikeBike\ 09_ozf.map ERROR 4: `MTB Slowenien HikeBike 09_ozf.map' not recognised as a supported file format.
