ogr interlis does not polygonize properly for surfaces

Description
If the lines of the surface are spread among various interlis objects the polygonizer fails and produces wrong polygons.
See attached images and test data.

The same seems to be true if a surface contains holes.
A hole in Interlis 1 is at least second Object (the inner ring) but it may also be spread over multiple objects. So in case of a hole we have at least 2 objects pointing to the same attributes. And thats seems to be handled incorrectly.
This was a false alert. PEBKAC. Sorry for the noise.
