Trouble compiling Terralib with gdal

Description
I might be wrong on this but under windows I don't think terralib will compile with gdal when you have the drivers.
I was looking at the nmake.opt and there isn't anything to look for the libraries like the others.
I also looked at the gdal/frmts makefile.vc and there isn't any mention of it like the others

I deleted the driver from trunk on r22308

The development of the Terralib driver is on hold. It currently doesn't produce any useful result. The driver is suppose to be compile as plugin, so the only configuration to be make in on its own makefile.
