gdal_contour forces Real field type

Description
It would cool if gdal_contour allowed controlling the output's field datatype.
For example: my input raster map is Float64, but the values are all rounded to an integer number. Thus I'd like to store them in an integer column in the output shapefile's dbf, but gdal_contour forces Real.

Does not feel like a major problem because it is not so difficult to update the vector data once it has been created.
