WIsh: Gain/Bias for LANDSAT-7 FAST format

Dear Frank, Andrey,

when reading LANDSAT 7 GeoTIFF data, gdalinfo nicely reports
gain and bias:

gdalinfo dat_06.001
  CEOS_OFFSET_A0=    0.0000000000e+00
  CEOS_GAIN_A1=    6.6823529412e-02

Were it possible to add this functionality also to the FAST format
driver? Then it will be easier to derive Celsius maps from the
thermal channel and also to calibrate the other channels.

I would note that dat_06.001 is a CEOS file, not GeoTIFF.
