Description
Currently, the OGR SQL documentation does not include any information about spatial index creation, about how to use the CREATE SPATIAL INDEX statement work, etc.
It should be updated ASAP.

Actually, the CREATE SPATIAL INDEX query is supported by ESRI Shapefile driver only, so I updated notes in the driver manual (r12546)
