Mateusz,
I would like you to prepare some documentation on how to run, interprete and extend the gdalautotest suite. Something sort of like:
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/development/Tests/regression_testing/
and suitable for developers or fairly savvy end users. The material should be prepared in the Trac wiki.
I would also like you to prepare a Trac wiki page describing the use of the GDAL buildbot instances. How to launch them, what they represent (ie. epithemius is MacOS X on bigendian PowerPC), and so forth.

The Buildbot topic looks good, but I think it could use a section near the topic on how to use it for folks coming in cold. We should also try and link it from a few appropriate locations, such as the incomplete "developer guidelines" rfc, and commiter guidelines (I just added this one).

Shortly ago, I started some wiki about GDAL Buildbot slaves and builders: Buildbot. Does it work for the second part of the task in this ticket?
