Description
The GDAL C# does not build with libtool option. The necessary changes have already been tested for the trunk and need to be backported to branch 1.4.

I think we are too late to deal with this in 1.4.1.
In fact, if I were you I'd be inclined to just address it in trunk, but it would be nice to fix it for 1.4.2.
