step by step
•import sample sheboygan
•in Studio open sheyboygan Map and attach pseudo mercator CS
•create new flexible layout
•open map in browser
•zoom to scale <1000
result: Bing Map is shifted and scale smaller <500 wrong size
expected: vector and satellite data should be the same
