Redline doesn't work on exclusively tiled map
Redline geometry recorded by the Redline widget will fail to display on a map if the map is exclusively all tiled layers.
The Fusion.Layer.MapGuide class needs some sort of logic that allows for dynamic OL layers to be attached at runtime instead of during the initialization phase.
