Description

There is no way to specify page size or margins. Add support for these on a per-PageLayout? basis in the ApplicationDefinition.

Doesn't work in IE. SaveMapFrame?.php is used to work around ie save limitations but wasn't updated to accommodate additional parameters passed by SaveMap?.js.
