[Redline] the last edge of polygon is not displayed

Description

  1. Open a flexible web layout in browser
  2. Click 'Redline' , new create a redline layer and add it to map
  3. Click 'Edit Redline' button to enter edit page
  4. Draw a polygon on the map

result:
the last edge of the polygon is not displayed.

expectation:
all the edges are displayed.
