Description

Incorporate the MapGuide Query functionality from the AJAX viewer. Code supplied by Chris Claydon, to be integrated and tested. This could be extended to include MapServer support at a later date.

(In [1839]) re #249, #250 fix up the mapguide viewer api callbacks for digitizing Rectangles to actually return a rectangle geometry. Also avoid the toJSONString method added to Object prototype when enumerating controls during initialization.
