Legend shows layers that are not visible at the current scale

Description

The legend widget shows MG layers that are not visible at the current scale. Checking and unchecking the checkboxes for these layers does nothing, and the legend icons are just generic icons.

(In [1710]) Fix #187 - Adjust the default setting in the legend widget info for HideInvisibleLayers? from 'false' to 'true'
