FDO is not currently distributed for Ubuntu. Additional build and packaging scripts are needed to create Ubuntu .deb files.

Initial submission of build and packaging scripts for Ubuntu submitted for trunk under r5326 and for branches/3.5 under r5327. Additional work may still be required.

Added check for successful compilation of shared libraries, symbol stripping and tarball creation for CentOS. Submitted under r5450 and r5451 for trunk and branches/3.5.
